Louie has been BHBC senior pastor since 1981. His desire and goal in ministry is to always make disciples. Louie and his wife Mona have four grown children. He loves to work in the yard and around the house; but his greatest pastime is to be with his grandchildren.

Tim has been a pastor at BHBC since 1990. Before coming to BHBC as a pastor, Tim owned a painting business and taught at Cornerstone University. He enjoys fly fishing as well as biking and boating with his wife, Sue. Tim’s greatest desire in ministry is to assist God by inviting people to know Christ as Savior and training them to be authentic and whole-hearted followers of Jesus.

Matt has served on staff at BHBC since 1997. His passion is for people to understand what's most important in life and to keep Christ at the center. He strives to help people understand culture from a biblical perspective. Matt and his wife, Lesley, have five children. Matt enjoys reading, gardening and basketball.
Mike High Pastoral Ministry
Mike has been the pastor of Family Ministries at BHBC since 2001. Mike oversees the pastoral division and his passion is to see men become effective leaders in their families. He and his wife, Nancy, have three married children. Mike loves the great outdoors (fishing, hunting, hiking), and playing with his grandchildren.

Tim has been the children's pastor at BHBC since 1997. Tim loves kids and loves equipping his ministry team. He is also passionate about equipping parents to be spiritual leaders.Tim and his wife, Jen, have two children. Tim loves spending time with his family, and his other hobbies include playing tennis, listening to music, and creating feature-length movies starring his kids.

Don has been ministering to the youth at BHBC since 1986. What Don loves best about his ministry is connecting with and pacing with students. He and his wife, Julie, have three adult children and one grandchild. Don's hobbies include writing, vintage Mercedes diesels, and camping with his family.
Steve Welch Student Ministries Pastor
Steve's greatest passion is to see people discover the wonder of the God who made them and died for them, and enter into the great life/adventure to which He has called us. Steve and his wife, JoLynn, have two daughters. He loves adventure and the outdoors. Hunting (bow and gun), trapping, fishing, hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, and anything else in the wilderness!
Stu Quackenbush College Age Pastoral Intern
Stu leads our college group and is passionate about helping students establish a coherent Christian worldview that will influence each and every part of their lives. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Stu is currently pursuing studies at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. He enjoys coaching soccer, playing/watching sports, being with friends, reading and spending time with his wife, Ashley.

Mike Antuma Senior High Pastoral Intern
Mike (aka Puddle) went through BHBC's Student Ministries as a student and is now in a leadership role. He brings energy, a deep love for God, and creative and godly leadership to our young people as he teaches, plans, creates fun growing environments, and guides young people along the Christian life. After years working with our Junior High, Mike has become a vital part of the High School pastoral team while he pursues his studies at the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.

Jon name to BHBC in 1997 as a high school student and has been here ever since. He began working in Student Ministries in 2001. His greatest passion is for students to authentically follow after Christ. He and his wife, Gwen, have three children. They enjoy camping, skiing and anything else that gets them out into the wilderness. He loves Michigan football too.
Steve High Xpedition6 | Junior High Pastoral Intern
Steve came to BHBC in 1997 as a student in the youth group, and joined the staff in 2001, providing leadership for junior high students. Steve loves to see students take ownership of their faith and get a taste of the incredible adventure that Christ offers. Steve and his wife Aubrey have one daughter. In addition, Steve is the inventor of Shoe Golf and a Super 8 Ball world champion.

Gary has been Pastor of Small Groups since 1996. His greatest passion is helping people become whole-hearted followers of Jesus so they can say with Paul, "To me, to live is Christ." Gary and his wife, Lisa, have two children. He enjoys fly fishing, hunting, backpacking, woodworking and painting.

Vicki has served as Worship Ministries Director since 1998. Her greatest passion is to discover and nurture all of the wonderful creative, artistic and musical gifts that God has given people of all ages, so that we can use them with all of our hearts, souls, minds, and strength to glorify Him and to communicate His truth and love with the world around us. Vicki and her husband, Tim, have three children, and she enjoys attending musicals, concerts and plays.
